What to wear?
Comfort is key. We recommend loose-fitting, breathable clothing that allows you to sit or lie down comfortably. There's no need for special attire – just wear something that helps you feel relaxed and at ease.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
We provide all necessary equipment, including meditation chairs, cushions, mats, and blankets. However, feel free to bring a water bottle. If you prefer to use your meditation cushion, you're welcome to bring it.
Where is the studio?
Our studio is conveniently located in a residential area in west Knoxville (37923) off Middlebrook Pike and Chert Pit. The address is 1505 Blackwood Dr, Knoxville, TN 37923. Free parking is available in the back of the house. The studio is at the back of the house. You will see a small sign in the yard by the driveway.
I am new to meditation. Is this right for me?
Absolutely! We welcome practitioners of all levels, including complete beginners. Our experienced instructor will guide you through the basics and help you develop a comfortable meditation practice at your own pace.
Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability

I hearby agree to the following:
I am participating in meditation and yoga classes offered by Audra Morelock/The Well Mind Collective, LLC, during which I will receive information and instruction about meditation and yoga, including but not limited to physical exercise, meditation, breathing techniques, tapping, subtle energy work, and herbal remedies. This liability waiver form release The Well Mind Collective, LLC, Audra Morelock.
I recognize that yoga requires physical exertion that may be strenuous and may cause physical injury, and I am fully aware of the risks and hazards involved. Meditations and subtle energy work may be offered, and I attest by signing this document that I am mentally and emotionally sound and not at risk of harming myself or others. Meditation can have adverse effects on some individuals with severe mental health issues. Please check with your therapist or physiatrist before starting any meditation classes.
I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with a physician prior to and regarding my participation in meditation and yoga classes. Audra Morelock holds a Certification in Meditation Teaching and is not a licensed physician.
In consideration of being permitted to participate in meditation and yoga classes, I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur as a result of participating in the program. This holds true if I am being offered services free or I am paying a fee. Meditation and yoga services are not licensed by the state of TN and is an alternative or complementary therapy to the healing arts services licensed by the state.
In further consideration of being permitted to participate in meditation and yoga, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have against Audra Morelock, The Well Mind Collective LLC, for injury or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in meditation and yoga classes.
I, my heirs or legal representative,s forever release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Audra Morelock, The Well Mind Collective LLC, for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts. I have read the above release and waiver of liability and fully understand its contents. I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
